The Aura has been recalled 6 times. The 2008 and 2009 model years have been involved in the most campaigns.
Recalls are free repairs, initiated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or Saturn itself, for a widespread safety problem. They might be a pain, but a recalled problem is better than an ignored one.
